The French Connection

If you've watched Who's Wedding is it Anyway, as a lot of brides do, you should be familiar with our own local celebrity wedding planner, Tracy French with The French Connection. She planned our April 11th wedding and it was beautiful! The weather didn't cooperate so they brought the ceremony inside. A lot of photos to share so I'm going to make them smaller. Just click on the photos to see them larger.

Special Flowers on the Chair of the Bride and Groom

Unique way to add drama to the room by using a few banquet tables. You can also see the up lighting used in the right photo.

Uplighting behind large beautiful Bride's Cake. The photo on the right is the groom's cake. Its all real and edible (except for the bottles of course)!

Yellow

Yellow seemed to be the theme color here in March. Of course not every one of them was yellow, but they did have some cool ideas. Since the professional photos are not ready yet I've just posted a few that we took. Enjoy!

We Broke 2000 !!!

As of yesterday we had 2000 visitors to our blog website since August! (We probably did it last week or so, but our first counter went down and I had a low estimate of the original numbers). Thanks for visiting and be sure to come back often for more photos, updates, polls etc!

Night Wedding

Another three wedding weekend under our belt (March 6th ,7th ,8th)!! The first wedding was with Carla and Robbie who were great to work with. Their vision was to have a wedding outside, AT NIGHT. My initial reaction at our Month of Meeting was basically massive internal panic. But they continued talking about how they planned to light up the area with big lights which they'd already hired. I was still skeptical but this is what my couple wanted, I was going to help as much as I could to make it happen. The day came around, the lighting crew showed up and as the sun set this is what we saw. Please excuse the bad quality of these photos... my camera is not equipped to take pictures at night.

It turned out beautifully!
I would highly recommend this to any couple looking to have an evening ceremony. You just have to take your day time couple pictures before the wedding or the next day.

RAIN RAIN!

Thought it would be a cool idea to post before and after shots of the river now that we've gotten a couple inches of rain. The river is way up and flowing really fast!! Not sure if you can really tell from the photos... might need to click on them to see 'em bigger. Now all we need is for the sun to come out and green everything up.

Shot taken early February 2009

From the Archives

A couple photos from a few months ago that I wanted to share especially the ceremony photo. I haven't posted too many of the ceremonies.
Nachyelli Photography was kind enough to send these to me.

They also have photo from the ranch on their
